The Accounting Division is responsible for managing the financial affairs of the City. This includes revenue collection, cash disbursements, investments, debt, and financial reporting. The City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) has received the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting since fiscal year ended September 30, 1985.
